natures (God and Human) of Jesus Christ. Even if on title-page the author’s name is Saint
Vigilius Trentinus, the real auhor is Vigilius Tapasensis, bishop of Thapse, who published
different works under Church Father’s names. The «commentarius» is an examination of
heresies’ doctrine on the two natures of the Son of God, Cassander explaining in which
they are right or wrong.
