CONDICIONES
:
1º La puja inicial es el precio mínimo, en euros, al que puede adjudicarse un lote, debe entenderse este precio
como el de reserva; en ningún caso se adjudicará por debajo.
2º El precio total de la factura incluirá un 20% sobre el precio de adjudicación más los gastos de envío y/o
seguro. La entrega de los artículos adjudicados se facturará con carácter general con independencia de
la condición o residencia del adquirente con IVA INCLUIDO al amparo del Régimen Especial de los bienes
usados, objetos de arte, antigüedades y objetos de colección.
3º Si no puede asistir personalmente a la subasta, envíe su oferta tan pronto como sea posible, los lotes son
vendidos al precio más barato posible y no al importe de su puja. Por ejemplo, un lote de 1.000 EUROS que
usted puja a 3.000 EUROS y la más alta oferta anterior a la suya es de 1.500 EUROS se le adjudicará a Vd. en
la puja siguiente, en este caso, 1.600 EUROS.
A igualdad de pujas gana la recibida con anderiorodad.
4º Las pujas deberán efectuarse en EUROS. Cuadro de pujas.

5º Los compradores por correo deberán efectuar el pago a la recepción de la factura. Al recibir su importe, los
lotes se los enviaremos por correo a su cargo y riesgo, siempre que el comprador no nos haya dado instruc-
ciones distintas.

SOLER Y LLACH
se reserva la facultad de agrupar a su criterio dos o más lotes de la presente subasta, así
como de retirar cualquier lote.
7º El subastador es quien regula la puja y en caso de cualquier disputa entre compradores su decisión final es
la válida.
8º
AUTENTICIDAD
. De todos los lotes vendidos por
SOLER Y LLACH
está garantizada su autenticidad. Cual-
quier reclamación al respecto debe ser comunicada a
SOLERY LLACH
dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la
fecha de la subasta. Quien efectúe su reclamación con posterioridad, pierde sus derechos.
9º Los lotes se subastarán en el estado que se encuentren, no aceptando ninguna reclamación sobre restau-
raciones, desperfectos, roturas, etc. Aunque las descripciones se han hecho con la mayor meticulosidad, los
compradores deben cerciorarse antes de la subasta, si la descripción concuerda con su opinión personal so-
bre el estado del lote. En ningún caso se aceptarán reclamaciones pasados 30 días de la fecha de la subasta.
10º No se admitirán en ningún caso devoluciones de lotes de conjunto.
11º La puja mínima aceptada para todos aquellos lotes con precio de salida“libre”es de 5 euros.
12º Es obligación del comprador observar las disposiciones fiscales y aduaneras vigentes en España.
13º
FACILIDADES DE PAGO
para compras superiores a 500 €. En este caso el comprador deberá pagar a la
recepción de la factura el 30% de su importe, y el resto en un período máximo de seis meses en cuotas men-
suales iguales. Cada final de mes SOLER Y LLACH cargará en la cuenta del comprador un interés del 0,50%
sobre el saldo deudor. Los lotes quedarán en poder de SOLER Y LLACH hasta su pago total. De acuerdo
con el apartado nº 8, el comprador pierde todo derecho a reclamación transcurridos 30 días de la Subasta,
pudiendo en este plazo de tiempo examinar los lotes en SOLERY LLACH.
14º
Retrasos en el pago.
Si el pago de la factura, en parte o en su totalidad, no ha sido satisfecho por el compra-
dor en un plazo de treinta días después de celebrada la subasta, SOLER Y LLACH S.A. se reserva el derecho
de anular la venta y disponer de los lotes y/o reclamar judicialmente la suma debida, así como los daños y
perjuicios ocasionados. SOLER Y LLACH S.A. cargará en la cuenta del comprador un interés del 0,50% cada
final de mes sobre el saldo deudor, más cualquier gasto que conlleve la demora.
El comprador que incumpla estas condiciones no tendrá derecho a reclamación alguna en ninguna circuns-
tancia.
15º Lotes adjudicados podrán ser retirados en nuestras oficinas C/Beethoven, 13, 08021 BARCELONA en un pla-
zo inferior a 15 días a partir de la subasta.
16º
SOLERY LLACH
se reserva el derecho de admisión en la sala de subasta y de rechazar, a su criterio, cualquier
orden de compra.
17º
PROPIEDAD
. Los lotes permanecerán propiedad del vendedor hasta que el pago se haya realizado total-
mente, lo que incluye el abono de cheques o cualquier Documento.
18º La mera participación en la subasta implica la aceptación de las presentes condiciones.
19º Cualquier caso de litigio será sometido a los tribunales de Barcelona.
20º Una vez adjudicado un lote, el Estado puede ejercer el derecho de tanteo y adjudicarse dicho lote en el
precio de remate según la Ley 9/1993 del Patrimoni Cultural Català (DOGC núm. 1897 de 11 de octubre de
1993). Art. 22 y Ley 16/1985 de 25 de junio de 1985, del Patrimonio Histórico Español (BOE núm 155. de 29
de junio de 1985). Art. 38.
SALE CONDITIONS:
1st The starting price, in euors is the lowest at which a lot can be adjudicated. This price has to be unders-
tood as a reserve price, and it will not be decreased.
2nd The total invoice will include 20% on the hammer price, plus shipping and/or insurance. The delivery of
the articles adjudicated will be invoiced generically, whatsoever the circumstances of place of residence
of the purchaser, INCLUDING VAT in compliance with the Specific Regime for used goods, works of art,
antiques and collector’s items.
3rd If you are unable to attend the Auction personally, please send us your bid as soon as possible. Lots are
not necessarily sold for the amount of your bid, but at the lowest possible price. For instance, it you bid
EUROS 3.000 for a lot with a starting price of EUROS 1.000 and the highest bid below yours is EUROS
1.500 the lot will be adjudicated to you at EUROS 1.600.
If there are two identical bids, the one recieved first is given priority.
4th Bids must be made in EUROS. Any bid in other currency will be changed in EUROS. The amount of the
payments in other currency, will be subject to the daily Bank exchange rate. Bidding scale:

5th Payment for mail bidders is due upon receipt of invoice. Upon receipt of payment, we will despatch the
material by mail at the buyer’s expense and risk, unless we have been instructed to do otherwise.

SOLER Y LLACH
reserves the right to group together two or more lots in this Auction and to withdraw
a lot or lots from this Auction at its discretion.
7th The Auctioneer will regulate the bidding. In the event of any dispute, his decision is final.
8th
AUTHENTICITY
. All lots sold through us are guaranteed to be genuine. Any claim in this respect must
be brought to the attention of
SOLER Y LLACH
within 30 days of the auction date. The buyer loses all
his rights on claims made later.
9th The lots will be auctioned in their present condition, and no kind of claims will be accepted for restora-
tions or damages. Even though the descriptions have been done very thoroughly, the buyers will have
to make sure before the auction, that these descriptions correspond to their personal opinion about the
lot. In any case, no claims will be accepted after 30 days of the auction date.
10th Larges lots can not be returned.
11th The lowest bid accepted for those lots with a starting price“libre” is 5 euros.
12th It is the buyer’s responsibility to make himself aware of any legal and customs regulations currently in
force in Spain.

PAYMENT FACILITIES
for purchase superior to 500 €
.
The buyer may choose to pay 30% of the total
value upon receipt of the invoice and the balance in six equal instalments over the following 6 balance
months. SOLER Y LLACH will charge interest of 0,50% on the outstanding balance at the end of each
month.The lots will remain in the possession of SOLERY LLACH until full settlement of the account.The
lots may be examined by the buyer in our offices within 30 days after the Auction date, after which he
loses his right to claim according to our nr. 8 sale conditions.
14th
Late payements.
If payement has not benn recivied within 30 days after the Auction date, SOLER Y
LLACH S.A. reserves the right to cancel the sale and dispose of the lots elsewhere and/or take legal
proceedings in order to collect the amount due and damages and loses incurred. A charge of 0,50% plus
expenses will be charged each month on overdue payments. The buyer in default shall have no right to
claim in any circumstances.
15th The awarded lots can be fetched in our office: C/ Beethoven 13, 08021 Barcelona, within 15 days after
the auction.
16th
SOLER Y LLACH
reserves the right of admission to the auction room as well as the right to refuse a bid
order at this discretion.
17th
PROPERTY
. Lots remain the property of the seller until full payment, including clearance of cheques
and bills of exchange, has been received.
18th The taking-part in the Auction implies the acceptance of the present conditions.
19th Any legal proceedings concerning this Auction will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
Courts of Barcelona.
