German ms. text on verso. Edges formerly gilt. Some faint traces of use or marg. stains otherwise
good condition.

Nice collection. Subjects : landscapes with boats, various buildings or characters (a couple of lovers playing
cards and drinking wine, a lady with a bird and a fox), domestic (mother and daughter) and religious scenes
(David fleeing Potiphar's wife, friendship between David and Jonathan), allegories (cornucopia,
"Constantia" & "Fidelitas")... One p. with a German ms. quotation from Gesner's "Milon", another with 2
French verses "L'Amour et la Colique sont deux franches Canailles/ L'un fait mal au coeur et l'autre aux
entrailles", etc.
