Fort jolie pièce, d’une grande finesse d’exécution, figurant le roi David faisant pénitence (?) dans
un décor de ruines antiques: au centre, un homme agenouillé devant un autel fumant portant
l’inscription “Toi seul es imuable”, 2 personnages dansant et jouant du tambourin et du triangle à
gauche, 2 autres personnages dont un vieillard assis et une jeune femme tenant des fleurs à droite.
Partition musicale ouverte et instrument de musique posés à g., diverses inscriptions illisibles sur
les monuments écroulés sauf “Rome éternelle”.
