There are 2 important dedicatory letters by Aldus Manutius: one to Francesco Fasolo, dated

6.5.1513 in Pt. 1 and one to Giovanni Battista Egnazio, dated April 1513 in Pt. 3. Aldine woodcut

device with dolphin and anchor on the 3 titles and at the end of Pt. 3; titles to each part printed

in Greek and Latin; the 2 dedications in Latin, texts in Greek; capital spaces with printed guide

letters; 48-49 lines and headline. The 2nd leaf of the 1st bifolium of Pt. 1, being blank except for 2

a aucune imperfection!”.
