Description
Nice engravings by R. van Orley (Brussels 1663-1732), Flemish painter, draughtsman & etcher. Most of his work depicted religious and mythological subjects. Here scenes of the Gospel i.a. adoration of the Magi, baptism by S. John, the miraculous catch of fish, walking on the water, exorcisms, healings, the raising of Lazarus from the Dead, etc.
