1. Extremely rare Pt. 1 (of 2), complete in itself, of the 1st Dutch trsl. of the Renaissance stories by M. Bandello (1485-1561), after the French version of Boaistuau and Belleforest. The 3rd story “Van twee gelieven, vande welcke d’eene sterf van verghift, ende d’ander van droefheyt”, was the source of Shakespeare’s “Romeo and Juliet” (1st 1597).
