Description
Interesting account on the first cars and some sort of car race or car event in Belgium (Ghent ?). The images show different types of cars, the drivers, the well-dressed spectators along the road, gentlemen criticizing the cars, distributing bets ? or giving game points, cars before, during and after the race... One particular diapositive, with men seated in their cars posing in front of the camera, gives us some names of drivers : J. de Hemptinne, A. de Bruyne, Van Besien, Van Brabant, etc.
