Description
In very good condition. 1. Mechelen: a. 15 April 1589, vellum, c. 17 x 31 cm, 2 wax seals, on the sale of a house; b. 23 June 1651, vellum, c. 31 x 34 cm, remains of wax seal, with 2 additional paper ff. dated 1648, on the sale of a house in the Guldestraat, mod. transcript added; c. 3 receipts by the Mechelen Jesuit College, 1664-1672, pasted on a 19th-c. sheet of paper; d. 24 March 1681, vellum, c. 26 x 35 cm, wax seal, on the sale of a "hofstede" in Rijmenam. 2. Louvain: a. 19 August 1469, vellum, c. 20 x 32 cm; b. May 1634, sm. vellum roll, c. 68 x 7,5 cm, on the legal status of sons of Adriaen van Buyten. 3. Antwerp: a. 13 September 1525, vellum, c. 27 x 47 cm, on the sale of the house "Sint Anna"near the "Vleeshuis"; b. 1627, vellum, c. 58 x 72 cm, plica 12 cm (some def.) on the Borgerweert Polder. 4. Lier: 11 July 1718, vellum, c. 34,5 x 25,5 cm, 4 ff., on the sale of rents of a house in Emblem to the Antwerp canon Petrus Moretus, with a later receipt (1742).
