Rare Venitian ed. of 2 works on daily life in Antiquity by the French humanist L. de Baïf (1496-1547), describing ancient Roman dress (and textiles) and vases (and other receptacles), 1st publ. 1531. Large woodcut mark (cat and mouse) on title.
