folio, mod. half vellum, flat spine, marbl. paper on covers, lix (= 60) ff. (without the 5 final ff. with "Die Tafele"; some clear dampstains). Good copy. Part II of the famous “Excellente cronike van Vlaenderen”, containing the contemporary narrative of the career of Emperor Charles V. Large woodcut portrait on title & 32 large woodcuts within various borders; present is the double-leaf woodcut with the "Siege of Vienna". Gothic type in 2 cols of 50 ll. Old ownership entry on last p. A few old marg. notes i.a. in fine : "int Jaer ons heeren 1764 hebben de eerw. PP. guillielmiten te brugge hun convent verlaeten om de armoede soo men seght en syn naer andere conventen gegaen".
