Description
16mo, mod. half vellum (sl. loosening), flat spine, 115 (= 125) - [2] ff. (2 of 3 final blanks preserved; some ff. age-toned, minor soiling). Good copy. Ext. rare Italian ed. of a commentary on Paul’s Epistles by the Limburg Carthusian Dionysius van Rijkel (1402-1471). It was quite popular in Venice, as testified by at least 6 printings in the period 1526-1556. Woodcut mark on title. Old ownership entries on title.
