8vo, cont. gilt red morocco (rubbed), covers with triple gilt border and central ornament, richly gilt spine (with title : Biblia Sacra) on 5 raised bands (dam. and split), a.e.g., [16]-799-[7], [32] pp. (worming in blank bottom margin of last quires). Good copy. Early Moretus Bible, a repr. of Plantin’s 1587 ed. (PP 693), together with Harlemius’ Index (after the 1584 ed. - PP 1295). Title within woodcut border. Woodcut mark on title. Printed in 2 cols within double ruled border. Old ownership entry on flylvs. Interesting binding worth a good restoration.
