4to, later half leather, gilt spine on 6 raised bands, red leather title label, [4]-116-[2] ff. (faint waterstaining throughout, first 5 leaves with mouldy stains restored with loss of a few letters). Reasonable copy. Dutch translation of "Ducum Brabantiae Chronica" by Barlandus. Engr. ills (complete) : title-vign. depicting coat-of-arms of Brabant, full-page plate showing coat-of-arms of Albert and Isabelle (on verso title) and 42 full-page portraits of the dukes of Brabant, the last one signed by J. Collaert after Otto Vaenius. Text in 2 cols in gothic type. This ed. comprises more ills than previous ed. with only 36 portraits. Old ownership entries on title.
