4to, 18th-c. mottled calf (sl. rubbed), gilt double ruled border on covers, richly gilt spine on 5 raised bands (front joint starting to split), gilt sides, red edges, gilt inside dentelles, marbl. endpapers, green silk marker, [16]-211-[1]-59-[1] pp. (a few minor imperfections). Very good copy.   “One of the best early editions of this long and proverbially obscure Greek poem” (Schreiber), a long monologue of Cassandra with prophecies of the Fall of Troy.
