8vo, cont. goldruled overl. vellum (front flyleaf loose), flat spine, red polished edges, 276 (= 275)-[5] pp. (paper age-toned). Very nice copy. Only ed. of the literary works of the Flemish Jesuit Susius (Bruges 1572 - Kortrijk 1619), including his “Drama comicum Pendularia”, a rare early instance of a Jesuit comedy. Woodcut Jesuit device on title and at the end. Ownership entry of the Landshut Capuchin Friars on title.
