Acceptable copy.     2nd issue (1st 1744) of the Dutch trsl. of the “History of Nadir Shah” (1742) by J. Fraser (1716-1754), a rare early work on Nadir Shah, shah of Persia (1688-1747), and the Mogul Empire. Ill. with a folding map of Persia and India. With the 67-page “Naamrol van manuscripten in de talen van Persie, Arabie, en Sanskerrit. In het Oosten verzameld”. Engr. on title.
