At the head a very fine and interesting lithography, c. 13,8 x 19 cm, showing the house and its garden, situated at the “Voer des Capucins, attenant à la rue de Bruxelles, à Louvain”. Text in 2 cols underneath. The “Maison de santé” was “destinée au redressement de la colonne vertébrale dans son incurvation anormale, qui produit les gibbosités appelées vulgairement bosses” (hunchback). It was linked to Louvain University: “sous les auspices de MM. Baud et Jacmart, Professeurs de la Faculté de Médecine à l’Université de cette ville”, i.e. the State University of Louvain (1817-1834).
