Description
(without part I, incomplete of the 51 lvs of index and of the last blank lf., some errors in foliotation, wormholes througout often with lacks of text, light dampstains). Contemporary binding : pigskin with brass clasps, blind decorated boards with fillets and floral ornaments in medallions, gilt ribbed spine (wormholes). First edition of this early postincunabulum of the second part only of the "Summa de mirabili scientia dei". This work, also called "Summa theolgiae" of the Dominican Albertus Magnus (1206-1280), bishop of Rengensburg canonised in 1931, has influenced the "Summa" of his student Thomas ab Aquino (1225-1274).
