Military leave signed by Brigadier General Joseph Magdelaine MARTIN commanding the Department of Ariège, in the margin of a Certificate of Service issued in PERPIGNAN (66) on 4 Germinal Year 5 (24 March 1797). The Citizen Luc VULAUMIER, Lieutenant of the Company of the Carabinieri, native of the JURA, served since 1793, made the Campaigns of 1793, Year 2 and Year 3 of the Republic, honest man and true Republican.
