Description
MARSEILLE (13), entré en service en 1791, il a toujours donné des marques d'un grand courage pour la Défense de la Patrie. Il a fait 9 Campagnes, en Piémont, au Siège de Toulon, en 1793, en Espagne, en Italie, à l'armée d'Angleterre, à l'armée de Batavie et du Rhin An 9. Devenu infirme et borgne. Brevet manuscrit (30 x 46 cm). Décoratif.
- MEURTHE-ET-MOSELLE. 1801. Military leave of a DRUM, signed by the Council of the 4th Half Line Infantry Brigade, made at NANCY (54) 9 Nivôse Year 10 (30 Dec. 1801). Certificate of good conduct of the citizen MAILLET, Drummer to the said Corps, native of MARSEILLE (13), entered into service in 1791, he always gave marks of great courage for the Defense of the Fatherland. He made 9 Campaigns, in Piedmont, at the Siege of Toulon, in 1793, in Spain, in Italy, at the Army of England, at the Army of Batavia and the Rhine Year 9. Became crippled and one-eyed.
