STUTTGART le Jeune Roi de Grèce (OTTON 1ier); il est très grand, mince, blond, l'expression de sa figure est douce. Tout annonce en lui la bonté et l'on ne peut se figurer, en le voyant, que ce jeune homme... soit destiné à régner sur cette Nation perfide, indomptable et qui a besoin d'être régénérée pour ne plus mériter l'expression de Barbares. Les Grecs qui accompagnent le jeune Roi font un singulier contraste avec lui, tant par leur physionomie que par leur costume national. Un des Aide-de-camp, surtout, avait des manières bien étranges; à table, il s'oubliait quelquefois et mangeait avec ses doigts, si une femme lui plaisait, il la fixait.. avec impertinence...
