Description
French manuscript on paper, c. 31,5 x 19 cm, cont. marbl calf (sl. rubbed, sl. def. at head), richly gilt spine on 7 raised bands, [274 + 16 blank] ff., written in brown ink. Good copy. Very interesting survey by a well-informed person on the government (structures and functions) and legislation of the Southern Netherlands, including the ecclesiastical structures. Chap. 12 of the last part is titled "De l'Université de Louvain" (11 pp.). On one f. there is a reference to "l'année courante 1730".
