Valuable and RARE EDITION of this work appeared in the seventeenth century. There are verses and erotic poems of several writers of the '600, among which Sigognes, Regnier, Motin, Berthelot, Maynard. The work was printed in a limited edition of 134 copies: this is one of the seven copies printed on parchment paper. The beautiful frontispiece in blood, engraved by Felicien Rops, depicting characters of the seventeenth century: it seems not to be present in all copies and, in fact, is not mentioned in OCLC.
