Very rare original edition, illustrated. Élisa Garnerin, aerobatic champion, is the first professional parachutist in the world, she took the first launch from 1,000 meters high in 1799 and over the years she realized more and more daring jumps. In the frontispiece portrait of the famous parachutist, in the table at the end the folded air balloon hanging with his parachute.
