Blasi: "Sallustio Tiberius, who, according to historians of the time, where impersonating an exceptional jurist and vast erudition and best-known reputation in the forensic world. Indeed, it was Chancellor dell'uditore Chamber of Rome. He published several works, especially "De modis procedendis in causis".
Di grande interesse le annotazioni manoscritte, in particolare i due sonetti nel foglio di guardia iniziale, che sono dedicati a Masaniello. Il primo, che risulta inedito, comincia con ‘Dal remo al scettro, e da vil barca al trono’, e reca la data 10 luglio 1647, sei giorni prima dell’assassinio del capopopolo napoletano; il secondo ‘Altra paga sperai, altra mercede’ è una variante del sonetto noto come ‘Lamento di Masaniello”, ma qui reca l’intestazione ‘Quando fu ucciso Masaniello’.
