VERY RARE ORIGINAL EDITION Important mercantile arithmetic treaty, appeared in this one edition of which was published only the first part. The work contains the general rules of arithmetic, followed by merchant arithmetic practical applications: trade, exchange, barter, trading companies, etc.
Smith: “The book presupposes a knowledge of the arithmetic of integers, and opens with a treatment of fractions.
