Description
S.l., [late 19th - early 20th]. Pet. in-f° : [12] pp., drawings in pen and black ink enhanced with watercolours (disbound leaves, frayed edges, paper slightly brownished, some stains and marginal foxing). Contemporary cased binding : half black cloth (stains, used). Amateur copy reproducing accurately the text and drawings of the first three stories of the famous children book by Busch (1832-1908) entitled "Max und Moritz, eine Bubengeschichte in sieben Streichen" (1st ed. : 1865), featuring two rascals who taunt adults with their sadistic pranks.
