In-4, toile recouverte de papier dominoté, tranches mouchetées (Reliure du XVIIIe siècle). Édition originale, renfermant de nombreux airs en musique notée et ornée d'une intéressante gravure sur bois en frontispice représentant un lutrin. L'exemplaire est bien complet de la planche dépliante Della Mano di Guido Aretino et du rare feuillet d'errata. « This monastic instruction manual teaches the elements of contrapuntal chant and the choral scale in 50 lessons. The folding plate depicts a mnemotic device in which musical notations are superimposed upon the finger joints of an outstretched hand and correlated to a chart of scales printed upon the palm.
