Reproduction photographique de l'artiste face au titre. Ce livre, publié peu de temps avant que l'Italie n'entre en guerre au printemps 1915 est la dernière contribution de cet artiste italien, Carlo Carrà, au mouvement futuriste dont il fut l'un des fondateurs. Il le quittera en 1916 pour rejoindre Giorgio de Chirico dans la fondation du mouvement «Pittura Metafisica». Guerrapittura est la réponse de Carrà au Dinamismo plastico d'Umberto Boccioni de 1914. A la fin du volume, deux des manifestes futuristes les plus particuliers sont reproduits: le «Programma politico futurista» sur double-page et la «Sintesi futurista della guerra» sur une feuille dépliante. Photographic reproduction of the artist facing the title. This book, published shortly before Italy entered the war in the spring of 1915, is the last contribution of this Italian artist, Carlo Carrà, to the Futurist movement of which he was one of the founders. He left it in 1916 to join Giorgio de Chirico in founding the "Pittura Metafisica" movement. Guerrapittura is Carrà's response to Umberto Boccioni's Dinamismo plastico of 1914. At the end of the volume, two of the most peculiar futuristic manifestos are reproduced: the "Programma politico futurista" on double page and the "Sintesi futurista della guerra" on a folding sheet.
