Description
pièce de titre en papier de riz mauve, étui-boîte recouvert de papier bronze au fond aquarellé, dos titré. Exemplaire unique. Le texte est écrit à la main, à l'encre blanche par Anne Walker (3 ff.) et l'ouvrage est entièrement aquarellé par l'artiste américaine. Les compositions à pleine page sont en outre rehaussées au pastel. On lit à la fin: «Poème de / Guillaume Apollinaire / Livre peint par / Anne Walker / Paris 2007» avec la signature d'Anne Walker. L'Adieu, book designed and painted by Anne WALKER In-16, 8 ff. accordion mounted, cover with wide flaps, purple rice paper endpapers, green and gold crumpled brocade plates with purple rice paper title coin, box-case covered with bronze paper with watercolor background, titled spine. Unique copy. The text is handwritten in white ink by Anne Walker (3 ff.) and the work is entirely watercoloured by the American artist. The full-page compositions are also enhanced with pastel. At the end, one can read: "Poem by / Guillaume Apollinaire / Book painted by / Anne Walker / Paris 2007" with the signature of Anne Walker.
