Description
Roualt's 'Paysages Légendaires', his own illustrations for his own poems, with a presentation from the artist. From the edition limited to 165 copies, with this one of 12 copies with six original lithographs by Rouault; the lithograph 'rehaussée à la main par l'artiste' called for on the justification is not present. Rouault's presentation is in blue ink to the half-title: 'A André / Horizons que j'aurais voulu plus grands / Plus [illegible] / J'espère un jour y arriver / G Rouault'. Illustrated with 6 original lithographs - and numerous reproductions - by Georges Rouault as indicated on the title: 'Illustrés par l'auteur de six lithographies originales et de cinquante dessins en reproduction.'
