Giulio Rospigliosi (1600-1669), elevated to Cardinal 1657, secretary of state 1655-1667, elected Pope Clement IX 1667. 2. Letter signed of the same, 17 November 1663. 3. Letter signed, Rome 24 November 1663, of Cardinal Decio Azzolini (1623-1689), in 1667 successor of Giulio Rospigliosi as secretary of state. 4. Letter signed, Rome 13 April 1666, of "Iacobus" (= Giacomo) Rospigliosi (1628-1684), nephew of Giulio, Internuncio in Flanders, relating to his elevation to Cardinal. 5.
