In French. Large photograph in black and white of the Belgian violonist Ysaÿe standing in profile facing right. With an autogr. dedication to Ravel (?) in the lower margin. Aimé Dupont (1842-1900) was a Belgian-born American sculptor and photographer best known for his pictures of opera singers when he was the official photographer for the Metropolitan Opera in New York City. In lower blank left corner indication "n° 5". In lower left corner of the photogaph "3 | copyright 98 | by A. Dupont | N.Y.".
