Description
1. Outer bifolium, c. 34 x 24 cm, of a Missal, [Low Countries?, 15th c.), foliated "lxiiij" and "lxxj", 22 ll. of Latin text, rubricated, with initials and penwork in red and blue, and on f. "lxxj"v a nice 6-line historiated initial with delicate penwork. - 2. 2 vellum fragments, c. 28,5 x 24 cm, of an Antiphonarium (c. 1500?), used in a binding (stained, tears repaired with sellotape), music notation (neumes). - 3. Strip, c. 27,5 x 6,5 cm, torn, from a Latin manuscript on vellum (15th c.). - 4. Five fragments, 4 of c. 11 x 18 cm, 1 torn with losses, of a paper manuscript (c. 1550?) with extensive music notation (notes, not neumes!) and Latin texts (i.a. "In dulci iubilo"). - 5. Archival document on vellum, c. 33,5 x 32,5 cm, folded, Baaigem (Gavere), 15 September 1651, on financial transactions. We join : 1. (Part of an) English act on vellum, c. 15,5 x 33,5 cm, from the reign of George IV (1820-1830). - 2. Woodcut "genealogical tree" (“L’arbre de ligné et consanguinité”) on p. 464 of a printed legal publication. (12 pcs)
