Partial reprint and reissue of the 1513 Aldine ed. of this masterpiece of Latin lexicography by the Italian humanist Perotti (1429-1480), 1st publ. Venice 1489. The "Cornucopia" was reset, the Varro part  reissued. Woodcut Aldine anchor device on title, on f. K8v, and at the end. Printed in italics in 2 cols, with the index in 5 cols. Capital spaces with guideletters. On title the ownership entry of "D(omi)ni georgii austriaci l(iber)", i.e. George of Austria (1505-1557), illegitimate son of Emperor Maximilian I and Prince-bishop of Liège 1544-1557.
