Extr. rare ed. (3rd recorded copy?) of this legal treatise by Dinus Mugellanus (1253-1303). The present ed. is not identical with the Lyon ed. by A. du Ry & S. Vincent (Pettegree FB 64993), and could have been printed at Bourges. The editor N. Boerius (from Montpellier) was teaching law at Bourges in that period. He dedicated this ed. to the Bourges archbishop Guillaume de Cambrai. Title in red and black within woodcut border, incl. a fleur-de-lys. Gothic type, with glosses. A few cont. marg. notes. Cont. notes on lower endpaper ("emptus sex solidis (...) 1526").
