Rare 2nd issue (1st 1628) of the Louvain ed. of the Dutch adaptation of "Meditaciones de los mysterios de nuestra Sancta Fe" (Valladolid 1605) of the Spanish Jesuit Luis de la Puente (1554-1624). It was printed for the Catholic Amsterdam publisher Paets. Title within elaborate woodcut border. 300 woodcuts by Christoffel van Sichem Jr. (1581-1658), i.a. after Dürer.
