Description
Nice lot of architectural plans, probably study material : Thomson, Henry - 5 plans showing the various styles of columns drawn in 1899-1900. - 2 plans of late 18th c. arm chairs and 1 of the chimney pieces of Carrington's House Whitehall drawn in 1905. This plans are drawn by Henry Thomson, possibly the well-known American architect who introduced the architecturally refined mansion to Dallas. He traveled extensively in Europe and studied its period architecture. - Trail Douglas - 1 plan of a late 18th c. arm chair, signed and dated 1898. - 10 plans "Projet d'une chapelle" without name of place. - 4 plans "Projet conciergerie Grand Pensionnat" being the subject of an examination of the "Cours du Matin" without name or place.
