Description
Probably a university course on Roman law. Joined : 3 other legal or university manuscripts : 1. University (or seminary?) course on philosophy and psychology etc. [France?], 1787 (p. 259 : 24 February 1787), Latin ms. on paper, c. 19 x 15,5 cm, cont. half leather (worn), some 300 pp., at the end interleaved with numerous ff. with French notes on psychology ("Des sensations"). In acceptable condition (soiled and stained). 2. Fragment of a collection of 18th-c. transcripts of 16th-17th-c. Liège acts, French ms. on paper, c. 32 x 20,5 cm, blindstamped calf (worn and loose), some 75 ff. (numb. 43-108, with inserted ff., some blank). Copied by or for Pierre Plenevaux. In good condition (soiled). 3. "Liquidation en partage de la succession de Mr. Celestin Joseph Boulenger, 25 Janvier, 1828, Me Clairet Notaire a Paris", French ms. on paper, c. 30 x 21 cm, some 100 unnumb. ff. (4 pcs)
